Cancellation fees
On receipt of your written confirmation we have confirmed the reservation of the requested room or apartment for you. From this point you have the option to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival at a charge of 30% (your deposit) for lost bookings. For cancellations received after this date we charge 60% of the total price (described above as total price), for no-shows or early departure we charge 100% cancellation fee.
European travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance (Covid 19 is now also insured). The unexpected can happen especially when travelling with children. To avoid incurring high cancellation costs in the event of a last minute cancellation of your holiday, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance with Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
Deposit: We request a deposit of 30 % per room to be transferred to our account at the Raiffeisenbank Bezau. Recipient: Christian Meusburger e.U. Gasthof Sonne, IBAN AT473740600000025072, BIC RVVGAT2B406 or supply us with your credit card details. Due to the high costs on both sides we request our Swiss guests to pay with credit card only. The booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Children in the Sonne
- KIDS ALL IN = children's buffet in the morning, noon and evening incl. juice buffet.
- Children from 0-2 years pay a small contribution of € 15 - € 20
- Children from 3-12 years pay € 50 - € 55
- All child reductions are valid when sharing a room with parents.
- Child care for 25 hours a week.
- Kids shuttle in winter - takes all guest children to and from ski school.
- Children's breakfast and evening buffet
- 1x per week children's meal - "Mums & Dads" enjoy a relaxing meal and a bottle of wine.
- A small present on departure for our child guests
Please understand that your four legged friends are not allowed in the dining room or wellness area.
Price per day and dog Euro 10,- without food
In our price list, all prices are per person and night, including tourist tax, all named services, free use of our wellness area, and other taxes.
On New Year's Eve we serve you a great gourmet menu, around 10.30 pm Chef Christian starts for a beautiful winter hike and around midnight we invite you for a glass of sparkling wine, to toast the new year at our outdoor snow bar.
For New Year's Eve we charge a supplement of € 25,- per adult and € 12,50 for children from 3 to 12 years.
