The choice is immense from various types of bread, many of which are home baked, to an assortment of cold meats and ham to delicious cheese variations that the Bregenzerwald has to offer. Eggs to suit your individual taste, boiled scrambled, with or without bacon. Homemade jams, fresh honey and an amazing array of fresh fruit that lets your heart sing. Milk, butter, yogurt, natural or sweetened cottage cheese are all freshly delivered daily from local farmers, it doesn't get fresher than that.
It goes without saying that our younger guests start the day with their own children's buffet. Among the various healthy options one or two little extras can be found.
