While holidaying in Bregenzerwald we don't just want to offer our guests carefree experiences but also inspire them with our cuisine! When we talk about healthy eating we don't just mean "everything green", on the contrary! Mindful and healthy mean for us knowing where the food comes from that we utilise, trying to use regional products wherever possible, and to plan our menus according to season!
Naturally we take into consideration all allergies and food intolerances of our guests, if we are notified before your stay we can prepare and shop accordingly. Gluten-free dishes are also available.
